Geocache Description:

May we suggest that you please use hand sanitiser before and after finding this cache - thanks šŸ˜Š Welcome to GJMMelb's second Night cache .... oh-oh, yep, we've been bitten by the bug!!! lol Make sure you bring a fully charged decent torch :)

Cache and co-ords replaced It's a bit sad, as we couldn't do exactly the same hide but it's in the spirit of the previous hide. Currently it is very easy to find but over time it will weather and blend in better.

The first part of the cache name comes from the fact that the actual cache is baby Spawn No 5 from the Spawn Zero Cache located on the Mornington Peninsula GC2JPG5

We "re-found" this Wurundjeri Walk park whilst looking for a spot for MMelb's puzzle Cache Freezing Games GC3EPXB We had found Team Coxy's Wurundjeri's Walk Cache in October 2010 and had since forgotten there were no caches south of the creek. Well this cache addresses that! Team Coxy's cache gives a great and interesting history of the area well worth reading!

There is plenty of parking on Fulton Rd (observe the speed limits and leave plenty of room near the bus stops).

Make your way over the small bridge to the listed WP where there is a reflector on the pole. From here you will be able to spot the first reflector up in the trees north of where you are standing. Time to start your trek... imagine you are on a night time trek like the early Wurundjeri people and follow the trail of reflectors, making sure at each junction of tracks that you take the correct track. Most of the time you can see the next reflector from the previous one. Sometimes you will have to walk 10-20 metres first to get a better view. Keep following the reflectors (THANKS again Spladem for the reflective materials!!!) until you have walked about 400m and see 2 reflectors about 10cm apart.

On the very nearby structure are are the co-ords for the cache on each side (the last 3 numbers for South and East). Not too far to trek now!

Have fun and we hope you enjoyed imagining your Night Time Trek with the Wurundjeri People FTF prize is the usual plus some night cache materials :-)
