NORSJØ GOLFPARK – MELLOM 7 OG 8
Selve golfbanen er en perle! Og nå skal du som geocacher også få lov til å oppleve dette. Når du beveger deg rundt på banen, så forsøk så langt som mulig å holde deg til veiene og stiene. Da er du sjelden direkte i ”skuddlinja” (vær likevel oppmerksomme! Det er ikke alltid golfballene tar den retningen man hadde tenkt….)
Winston Churchill ga følgende definisjon av golf: Golf er et spill hvor målet er å få en veldig liten ball oppi et veldig lite hull, med våpen som ikke passer til formålet. Vel, vel, han om det. På stedet du har nå har kommet til kan du se flere hull (”hull” er på golfspråket hele strekka fra utslag til green, inklusiv selve hullet).
Nord for cachestedet ser du hull 7, et par 4-hull som er banens vanskeligste. Sør for cachen er hull 8, et par 3-hull. Bortenfor den ser du hull 17 og bak der igjen hull 13. I øst kan du skimte starten av hull 14 og bak der hull 16.

The golfcourse itself is a gem! And now the geocaching community will be “allowed” to experience it. As you move around the course, try to stick to the roads and paths. Eventhough you seldom are in the “firing lane” when you stay at the roads and paths, I will recommend that you keep a watch out for golfballs that deviates from the wanted trajectory....

On this site you can see several holes (a hole is in the golf vocabulary the whole stretch from tee to green, including the hole itself). North of the cache location you can see hole 7, the most difficult hole on the course. In the south hole 8 and beyond 8 you see hole 17 and 13. In the east, behind the trees, holes 14 and 16.
