Number 8 in my series of items which turn up in the oddest of places (or alternatively - please recycle when you can!)
This one is Lin's idea and is aimed at the kids and their ability to like things that adults may find weird.
It is another item which is hidden in a place you would not normally find it. This one would normally turn up in the bathroom.
Please park in the main Twigmoor car park, north of Greetwell and then hike via the main path toward the north.
The cache is hidden in the northern area of the woods toward the bog plantation. There is an abundance of wildlife, trees, brambles and rhodedenrum bushes here, please respect the area and do not damage anything.
Most of the way to the cache is on well defined paths. You may need to come from the north for easier access. This can be achieved by swinging around in an arc from the main path.
When you get to the GZ turn toward a heading of 255 degrees and walk for approximately 40 feet. Here you will find a natural pointer to the treasure.
The cache is a clip top box, place on a level surface to open.
Inside you will find another smaller box secured in place.
Do you dare to open it -be careful it may bite!
There are two FTF certificates in the box, one for the Out of Place and one for Gnasher.
There are several other items plus a tube which contains a couple of pens and a pencil.
The log book is inside the small box and I have also dropped off a TB for good measure.
Please try to put everything back as you found it ready for the next "Big kid"
