The Crache Course is an offroad mountain bike series located at the Virginia Key North Point Mountain Bike Trail. Entrance to the City of Miami's Virginia Key Beach Park is required to ride the trail. The bike trail is open 7:00am to sunset.
Adherence to posted trail rules is strictly enforced. Be aware helmets are mandatory. Ride trails at your own risk. At times an officer is present to enforce the trail rules. All trails are one way. Only ride trails within your ability. Slower riders must yield to faster riders.
Caches are placed at offshoots and widened points along the outer novice trail. Use common sense and pull over to off-trail clearings when stopping to search for a cache. Proficiency riding on loose sand, rocks, and other uneven surfaces uphill and downhill are some of the skills needed to ride the novice trail comfortably.
The cache is located close to the water with a view of Fisher Island. Take a right turn and find a secondary parallel trail. No bushwacking required. The main trail continues left.
