Making Muffins: Time to Eat! Mystery Cache

**NOTE: the listed coordinates are not where the cache is located but would be an appropriate parking spot for retrieving the final cache**

Coordinates:

N 45° cinnamon 7. Instant coffee all purpose flour salt
W 66° 0 milk . melted butter egg vanilla

Collect all the ingredients by finding 8 caches in the Making Muffins Series and collecting the quantities to finish the recipe!

Cappuccino Muffins

__ all purpose flour
3/4 cup white sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
__ cinnamon
__ salt
__ milk
__ instant coffee granules
__ butter or margarine, melted
__ egg beaten
__ vanilla extract
3/4 cup miniature semisweet choc. chips

In a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. In another bowl stir milk and coffee to dissolve granules, then add butter, egg, and vanilla. Mix well. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in chips.

Bake 375°F about 20 min.
