Lakepoint Resort State Park
This picturesque 1,220 acre park is located on the banks of 45,000 acre Lake Eufaula, otherwise known as the “Bass Capital of The World”. The park has a lodge, convention center, modern campground, vacation cabins and lakeside cottages, picnic areas, 18-hole golf course and a marina complete with launch facilities and boat slips. P.O. Lakepoint Resort State Park
Lodge Lakepoint Resort Lodge is situated on the shores of Lake Eufaula and surrounded by stately pines. Everything at the newly renovated Lakepoint Lodge has been planned for total comfort and enjoyment. One hundred and one guest rooms, six of which are executive suites, are now available. Each room is beautifully furnished and includes a 32” flat screen TV, a small refrigerator, coffee pot, iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. The executive suites consist of a bedroom with king size bed, bath, a kitchenette and dining area and separate sitting area. Flat screen TV’s are in the bedroom and the sitting area. The kitchenette has a large refrigerator and a microwave. Wireless internet access will be available in the rooms as well as the Convention Center. Lakepoint Lodge has nine separate areas for meetings, banquets, weddings, receptions and reunions. Several of them overlook the water. Our facilities can accommodate from 10 – 500 people in total comfort. One addition is the beautiful Lakeside Terrace that overlooks the water and will be an outstanding place for weddings and receptions. At Lakepoint Lodge, you can relax and enjoy a wonderful meal in the Water’s Edge Restaurant overlooking Lake Eufaula or have your favorite beverage and snack in the Pier’s End Bar & Grille adjacent to the restaurant and the main lobby..
Lakepoint Campground
There are 192 improved campsites. Deer Court has pull through sites including water, electricity and sewage. Barbour and Clark Loop sites include water and electricity. Camping services include: bathhouses located in each camping area, a sanitary station available for your convenience; camper storage; a Community Building available to reserve for campers’ functions, tennis courts, and children’s playground. Lakeside Cottages
Lakepoint Resort State Park has eight new lakeside cottages. These upscale cottages were designed for the most discriminating taste. The eight cottages include: 2 one-bedroom, 2 two-bedroom, 2 three-bedroom and 2 four-bedroom duplexes. Each provides living rooms with hardwood floors, slate tile kitchens, baths, carpeted bedrooms and porches with rocking chairs that overlook Lake Eufaula. The two, three and four bedroom cottage kitchens are fully equipped with cooking and eating utensils, toaster, coffee pot, microwaves and dishwashers. The beautiful granite counter tops extend into a bar provided with bar stools for dining. The one-bedroom cottages have fully-equipped efficiency kitchens, with a table and 4 chairs for dining. (no dishwasher in the one-bedroom cottages.) The cottages are furnished with TV’s with DVD/VCR players, clock radios with alarms, telephones, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards. Each cottage is provided with charcoal grills, outside electrical outlets for charging boat batteries and access to a lakeside picnic pavilion.
Lakepoint Cabins
There are 29 cabins, 15 two-bedroom units and 7 four-bedroom duplex units. The two bedroom cabins have one bedroom with a King bed and one bedroom with 2 twin beds; and also provides a kitchen, dining area, bathroom, fireplace, carpeting and central heat/air. Cabin is supplied with linens, towels, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, cooking and eating utensils (including coffee pot, toaster and microwave oven). The 2 bedroom cabin is for 1 - 4 persons. Cabins have TV's with Dish network service. The four bedroom duplex units have four bedrooms, two with King beds and two with 2 twin beds; 2 bathrooms; 2 kitchen and dining areas (one on each end of the duplex unit); and also carpeting and central heat/air. Duplex unit is supplied with linens, towels, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, cooking and eating utensils (including coffee pot, toaster and microwave oven). The four bedroom duplex unit is for 1- 8 persons. Cabins have TV's with Dish network service. All cabins and duplexes have a charcoal grill and picnic table, and outside plug-ins for charging boat batteries. The cabins do not have telephones. Handicap accessible two- and four-bedroom units are available.
