I love to geocache along with just being outdoors. The weather in Spokane has been great here ever since I moved back home in July, but there is one thing missing, geo-events! So, here we go!

Growing up a fun summer activity was to ride my bike with friends on the Centennial Trail from Spokane to Post Falls, get some ice cream and ride back. Now that some geocaches have been placed out on the trail it seems that I must go get them.

I would love to get a group of geocachers (maybe even some newbies) to go for a ride on the trail. I have selected the Mission Park parking lot, because of the lot size and accessibility, but you may chose to park somewhere else and ride to the event.

It would be fun to meet some new and old friends, visit a while and hit the trail together. Meet and Greet will start 8:30am, we will pass out some refreshments, sign a logbook and hit the trail (eastbound) about 9:30am. You may go as far as you wish, some people will go further than others. This event is not about endurance, it is about friendship.
