Geocache Description:

This will lead you along a beautiful path along the Maitland River - Bring a pen/pencil.

This cache is a bit of a trek off the beaten path. You can park either at a trail starts by 43.890841,-81.3096 on Josephine St. beside the Maitland River Community Church. It crosses the large foot bridge and goes left on a walking path along the river. Or at the other end at 43.888151,-81.324191 on MacIntosh St. . This cache has been placed in memory of my dad who passed away in 2011. I appreciated this beautiful trail along the Maitland River and wanted to share it with others. Enjoy! Keep an eye out for wildlife as deer and some small animals have been spotted along here.
