Welcome to Kennewick. Should be a fast find in a nice little park. Please be stealthy as there are plenty of nosy neighbors. No parking on Hood please.
Croeso means welcome in welsh, my wife's family's country of origin. Hawthorn park in Kennewick is located close to highway 395 and has swings, some picnic tables, horseshoe pit and a small basketball court. Unfortunately there are no rest rooms. After hearing about a way to re-use plastic bottles as cache containers on the Podcacher podcast I decided to try my hand at it and I think this turned out pretty well. I am interested to see how it holds up over time.
