Geocache Description:

This one is hidden in a hollow on the base of a sweet gum tree. Watch out though, this hollow is occupied. As I went to place this cache I saw a tail that I think belonged to a possum head up into the hollow.

This cache is at Caney Creek Park in Newton, Texas. This is a great little town that I used to live in and my parents live near. This park has around a mile of walking trails and some nice fountains. It is decorated very nicely for Christmas every year complete with a "train" that you can ride through the park to look at the lights. The parking area is on Highway 190 just west of the Caney Creek bridge. This cache is a baby soda bottle. Happy hunting.
