The container is a military flare container with a logbook, at present there is a silver knight with a battle axe protecting the logbook. He used to stay at Driekloof Headrace.
The cache is just off the pavement, and the owners are aware of the cache (they helped me find the hiding place!)
An update, the owners have joined the geocaching game!
