Le parc des Tanneurs est un parc municipal d’un hectare. Son nom vient des familles de tanneurs propriétaires successifs. En 1910, Jean Pinault (fils d’Eugène Pinault, Maire de Rennes de 1900 à 1908) puis en 1929 la famille Bolelli occupèrent les lieux.
Actuellement et depuis 1999 la maison est le siège de le Conférence des Régions Périphériques Maritime d’Europe (CRPM).
Le parc fait face aux prairies Saint-Martin auxquelles il est relié par une passerelle piétonne.

The Parc des Tanners is a municipal park over one hectare. Its name comes from the families of tanners that were the successive owners. In 1910, Jean Pinault (son of Eugene Pinault, Mayor of Rennes from 1900 to 1908) and in 1929 the family Bolelli lived in the house.
Since 1999 the house has been the headquarters of the Conference of Peripheral Maritime Regions (CPMR).
The park faces the St. Martin prairies, which it is connected to by a footbridge.
