A nice and quick multi in Snake Den State Park. The walk should be short, although it will require some bushwhacking.
The first stage is nothing special, just a matchstick container hanging on a sapling (from a blue carabiner, hence the name) which contains coordinates for the final. Heck, it's not even worth going to. So to save you the trip, the listed coordinates are to the final. But in case you're curious, I do have the Stage 1 coordinates hanging around there too.
The final is a small camoed lock-n-lock at the base of a small tree. Both stages are located off the trail and require some bushwhacking. The easiest way to get to the listed coordinates is to walk up Brown Ave (past the old foundation) and enter the woods at a point closer to the cache. This will keep the bushwhacking to a minimum.
And if you decide to go check out lame Stage 1, I recommend taking this route back to the trailhead where you parked unless you enjoy lots of bushwhacking.
The final can hold small swag and trackables, but not a pen. So remember to bring a pen of your own. Also, be sure to wear at least 200 square inches of blaze orange during hunting season.
