Face in the Stone Multi-Cache

Cache is located at the old Harden Grade School which is now the First United Methodist Church of Salem, as with all church caches please be respectfull of the church and the functions that they may have going on.
Cache coordinates are not for the cache location, but are for a feature which is near the hiding spot. The Face in the Stone is a carving in a rock, after finding the carving take a bearing of 185 degrees for about 42' to find the cache. The story is, as we have been told, that the carving is of a former princapal at the school. Cache was placed by members of BSA Troop 34 as part of the Geocaching Merit Badge. Happy Caching!! Also if the creek is running high you may not be able to see the Face but should still have no problem in finding the cache.
