The cache is not at the published co-ordinates, but can be found within a half mile of them.
The published location is in fact, the Chantry of the Hospital of St. John. The Hospital was associated with Cirencester Abbey, and when it was dissolved, the Hospital came under the control of the townsfolk of Cirencester. Like all hospitals of the time, it's primary purpose wasn't to help the sick get better, more to feed and water travellers (or provide "hospitality"), although the place did look after the destitute and the sick as well. After dissolution the hospital continued to provide for Cirencester and nearby are a series of almhouses.
Everything you need to reveal the coordinates for the cache (a micro) can be found on the western side of the Chantry building. Well, except for the zeros that is. They're not there, but since aren't any important ones anyway, don't worry about their absence.
Please leave things in the Chantry as you find them.
