Geocache Description:

This is our "geo-tax" for a couple of interesting hides in this neat park! Never been here before, but we'll have to come back for more of the ones farther in. [247/215]

The other half of the team came here to play a different GPS-based game, but went after a couple caches before the cloud cover broke up and the temperatures rose. I noticed that the western edge of this park had no caches, so I brought along a camo-painted nut jar, in the hope that I would find a nice spot. I did

Signal can be tough in all this tree cover, so if you get close, look for a fallen branch, and follow it. Please try to avoid leaving a geo-trail in the vines here. You should be able to move stuff around after you find the cache, enough to cover your tracks to some degree.

Not much in the cache: a few toys, plus a logsheet and pen. Hope you enjoy this spot, especially after a day spent on the trails, and clambering over all the boulders.
