The Scrolling Marquee Mystery Cache

I have to give credit for this idea to a similar cache that I came across that is situated in Ohio. I thought it was a neat idea, so I revamped it a bit for this purpose.

The final is a short walk from the trailhead, just over 10 metres off the trail itself. The container is a small, circular lock ‘n lock that I won at the Leap Year CREW event. It’s a typical geocaching hide, so the difficulty rating is primarily for the puzzle.
