Geocache Description:


It will be best to hunt at low tide unless you don’t mind getting your feet wet. The cache is placed in a position that gives a vista of the town of Knysna from the Western side. Travel along the N2 towards George and take the Belvedere/Brenton-on-Sea turn off. Follow the road towards Brenton-on-Sea and take the Lake Brenton turn off. Turn right at the Lake Brenton Resort entrance and the parking area is some 200m on the right.

Hike along the shores of the estuary in a northerly direction, until you find the cache co-ordinates. The cache is also reachable by boat at high tide. If you enjoy boating on the estuary this will be fun hunt. The spot is very popular with Kite Surfers.
