Geocache Description:

This is a group walking event which was proposed during one of the many KT events.

The event will start at 10am on 15th April.
Non walkers are welcome to join at the suggested coords for geochat and swapping of TBs for 30 mins or so before the walking party heads off around Harpur Hill towards the blue lagoon.

All are welcome.

We will start off just south of Buxton and will walk around a number of the footpaths surrounding Harper Hill. This is the location of the famous Blue Lagoon landmark.

The walk will be circular which I estimate will take around 2 hours. There will be some hill walking so stout shoes and appropriate clothing for walking in the Peak District are recommended. I expect the walk to take a couple of hours so a packed lunch or late pub lunch might be in order.
