Parking for 3 or 4 cars at the given coordinates will bring you along a lovely walk overlooking Southwick and the downs. Various species of birds can be seen here and the views behind show a completely different view of Fort Nelson and the moats. Well worth a look. Certain times of the day listen out for the cannons being fired from the fort. The path starts off along the edge of the field and not towards the fort Nelson carpark. A very pleasant walk with a couple of styles to cross on route.
The cache is a small green coloured canister bigger than a 35mm container that is suitable for small swaps and TB's. You will need to bring your own pen here to sign the logbook. Also parking at the following waypoint incase you want to do the series in one go. Parking is available at the roadside... N50 51.712 W001 07.230
