Hidden away in a back street cemetery is a gravestone with a difference, for this fortunate soul has it's own guardian angel in the form of a Yew tree which has been allowed to grow around the headstone.It has been beautifully manicured into the shape of a bottle.
A thought to ponder ....Was the person interned a past proprietor/employee of the nearby Bovey Tracey Pottery and the sculptured tree is a lasting memory and living memorial to them....Who knows? A cache and dash with a difference, please go inside the cemetery and have a look at the tree, but respect anyone who may be visiting former loved ones. Stealth and respect will be required, the cache is not inside the cemetery grounds.
