Double Digit Palindrome Day 21-11-12 Traditional Cache
islander1988: Well, this cache almost made it to the similar Double Digit Palindrome Day of 12-11-21 coming up next month. But based on the picture phizikis posted, the sign the magnetic cache had been hidden on has been removed. I am not able to replace the cache in the near future, and the location wasn't a noteworthy one for visiting, so I am retiring this cache. Thanks to the almost 350 people who came and found it since it went live almost 9 years ago! Happy caching.

A quick cache near downtown Kyiv.
According to Wikipedia, a palindrome is a word, phrase, number or other sequence of units that can be read the same way in either direction. An example is "never odd or even". Another is the GC number for this cache. :) The date for November 21, 2012 is a palindrome when using 2-digit values: 21-11-12. To mark the day, I placed a geocache.
The cache is camo magnetic nano on a sign post, about 2m up, but hopefully with the helper pictures it won't be too hard. Please use stealth and to avoid unwanted attention.
*Please note* - My GPS seemed to be having accuracy issues the day I replaced this, so the waypoint may be off; use the hint to find the right spot, and if you like, let me know know what your GPS says.
