On the steep track up to the top of Mount Maunganui the cache is past the halfway mark.
The cache is a micro containing only log and pencil, not really big enough for trackables. It's an unusual one so keep your eyes open!! Please take special care when trying to locate cache (not advisable for little ones as there is a dangerous drop) It's quite a steep climb and it might be an idea to take a bottle of water. Views on the way up are gorgeous and once you find the cache why not carry on up to the top, its not that much further.
