Geocache Description:

A fun cache in a great location.

The Sacajawea Interpretive, Cultural and Educational Center began as a project to correspond with the national Lewis and clark Beicentennial and to celebrate Salmon's role as the birthplace of Sacajawea. The Center is 71 acres with trails throughout, an Interpretive Center with information regarding the Agai Dika and the Corps of Discovery, the Learning Center, Heritage and Kid's Gardens and the Meriwether Theatre. The trails are open year round and the Interpretive Center is open daily from end of May through Sept. The City of Salmon owns and operates the Center with extensive help from the partners.
