Road to Nanny’s House Cache Series
This is a cache series that I put together to trace the route from my home in Ballynure to my mum’s in Ballymena. I travel this route once or twice a week and always thought about where I would place caches.
You can approach it from either side but the bonus cache is at the Ballymena end. The co-ords for the bonus cache are written on a sticker in some of the ‘Road to Nanny’s house’ numbered caches.
I have included some of our team’s old caches and others you can pick up along the route.

Road to Nanny’s House #5 – Bad Bends
This is a notorious spot on this road and you will see from the hedges that many a driver has come to grief here. Just past the bad bends there is a lay-by where it is safe to park and you do not need to go near the bends at all the find the cache. Cache itself is a small camoed tab-lock box with a log and the usual swaps. There is also a FTF badge so good luck!
