Property homesteaded in 1919. The first structure was built in 1929. The old homestead was replacedby a new structure. The property is still used for cattle ranching.

AZ & NM RR went through the property carrying cattle to the East & ore to the West. R/R ran between Nogales & Benson. R/R active between 1882 & 1962 when it was abandoned.
