Cache is a small specimen bottle that contains only a logbook. Please bring your own writing instrument and replace cache as found. I have included a parking waypoint for your convenience.
I did hide a boot ... but it is my boot! When I began caching, I actually wore sandals for the first month or so. Common sense prevailed (eventually), and I began wearing my Timberlands. They weren't really hiking boots, so I wore them until the soles literally peeled off.
You will be able to see the cache easily from the ground, and the challenging part will be retrieving it. It may not be wise to attempt this cache during adverse weather conditions. A smiley is not worth getting hurt over.
