Proceed to the listed coordinates to locate the secret coordinates to the final. Use the found coordinates and then go find the goods. While it may be possible to brute force the final location of this multicache, I think the odds are small.
I have NEVER hidden a cache that required destructive behavior in order to find. Abuse of our park system will be frowned upon. Upon looking for stage #1, PLEASE do not tear the area apart. I was able to hide the two stages of this cache wearing sandals.
