Driving from the highlands back down to the Gold Coast this afternoon we drove up here to visit the Woodenbong Cemetery. It is a very interesting cemetery with many different sections - some of which are outside the fenced area with a mown trail to walk to the nearby hill where there are some more graves.
The cemetery appears to be well kept and nicely looked after.
If you like to visit cemeteries then make sure you allow a bit of time here as the area is quite extensive which you don't realize at first.
You will NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN PEN OR PENCIL if you wish to sign the log and claim the find. There is no pen or pencil in the cache.
When you replace the cache please make sure it is secure and happy in it's spot and retrievable for the next geocacher.
We ask you to please be respectful and behave appropriately while visiting and the cache is not located by any of the graves.
