Urban cache in parking lot. If you don't know what a lift a skirt is, then this cache will show you what one is. All caches of this type are called lift a skirt but could be under flag pole, light poles or any structure that has a cover over bolts that can be lifted. This should be a great cache for people learning the game.
Easy park and grab. Is Handicap accessible. Could be found anytime. Thanks to the Director Joette Cooper for permission to place the cache here. Cache is a large pill bottle. Log only. Bring your own Pen.
