Cache is a camo'd pill bottle that blends in with it's surroundings pretty well. You should be able to go here day or night. Should be a pretty quick park and grab for experienced hunters but may take a minute for those that are new. Could be high muggle area at times so plan accordingly.
Being in the military I'm always on the lookout for different memorials to visit. This being a military town there are quite a few but I was surprised when I was driving by this location and saw the Korean War Memorial they have. I didn't even know it was there. I just happened to notice it out of the corner of my eye. I felt it was more deserving of visits from the public so they could enjoy it especially since it's not really on a main road and there are no signs pointing to it. The cache is in the area of the memorial so while you there looking take a minute or two to visit it.
