This Cache:
In the mid 1950's (Thanks BC!), the Mississippi State Highway Department built a new Highway 51 from the intersection of Highway 80 & State Street in Jackson south to the Copiah County line. The new highway replaced Terry Road (the first intersection to the south of the cache location). The highway was rebuilt into Interstate 55 with abutting Frontage Roads soon after.
The cache is not accessible directly from the interstate; use the Frontage Road. There is just enough room for one car to park in front of the cache location.
Congratulations to Sundance Cassidy on the 1st FTF!
