2nd Cache in the Tower View series. Nice and easy. 35mm film canister, log sheet and pencil only.
Easy to find, might be fiddly to reach! In obvious location, about 20ft right of a weather station. Hiden behind concrete post.
If approaching from the Emley viewpoint layby, be prepared that the road is steep for a short section!
