Geocache Description:

A simple stroll and cache.

Kyle is my son who is heavily into Geocaching and he requested that a local cache be put out in a location that he can get to easily.

This cache is located along a footpath that is accessible from either end. Both ends are on country lanes and care should be taken to find a suitable place to park a vehicle. The path is a raised mound with stone slabs further along and should make it suitable throughout the year.

This cache is close to a Roman Fort that was used as a midway point between the Roman Camp in Neath and the Roman Camp in Brecon. More information can be found at Roman Britain (visit link)

The cache location is off the path to one side and the area may be wet during heavy rain and suitable footwear may be required. There is also a stile that needs to be negotiated to allow access to the footpath.

Close to this cache is one of my fathers, Afon Pyrddin GC32XBA (visit link) that you may wish to combine with.

In the cache is a first to find gift of a geocaching keyring.
