AKTUALITY:
20.12.2014 - Obnovena keska, lepsi pristup, nehrozi pad do vody. Pozor na mudly!
30.12.2013 - Obnova na jinem miste. Je schvalne hur pristupna, aby dyl vydrzela.

CZ:
    Ac to na prvni pohled nevypada, v tesne blizkosti splavu v Dolnich Kounicich se nachazi zchatrala budova byvaleho mlyna. Jde o tripodlazni cihlovy objekt pri pravem brehu reky Jihlavy, ktery je oddelen od zbytku mesta nahonem a je plynule propojen s tokem reky.

    Mlyn je dlouhodobe nevyuzivany a nachazi se v dosti spatnem technickem stavu. V minulosti slouzil i jako areal pro zemedelskou vyrobu. Dnes je dle uzemniho planovani veden, jako plocha pro prumysl ci skladovani a do budoucna lze spekulovat i o jeho moznem vyuziti, jako moderni loftove bydleni.

       Although it doesn't look at the first sight, near to the weir in Dolni Kounice is  a located of declaying building a former watter mill. This three floor brick building on the right bank of the Jihlava river, which is separated from the rest of the city from oposite side by raceway and smoothly connected with the flow of the river.
    The mill has long been unused and is in rather poor condition. An actual state you can see on the first picture above. In the past served as an area for agricutlure production. If we will speculate about future, there is possible to use the mill for modef loft living.

.. free parking is available on a Mill Square near the cache
.. watch out for fisherman and muggles, although the place looks like deserted
.. possible to find a cache by dry foot. Walk around the Mill.
