I saw this spot while finding Ghostbusters #4 and wondered how to get a cache up there.
Easily accessible by 4WD, drive right up. Sans 4WD, it's a short walk (.27 mi.) from where the gravel road gets too rough for a car, off Rustic Lane.
This one is about the view.
