Geocache Description:

A lock N lock container carrying several small items and a First to Find gift. This is near a small abandoned building not suitable for entry. Be careful of the uneven ground.

This is my first geocache to hide, and has taken three attempts to get a spot that is acceptable. Hence the name "Third Time is the Charm." This is a unique area as the building on the property is built of brick and is shaped with a specific but unknown purpose. If you see it and know it's original purpose please post it in your notes. There are creeks in the area and it seems to stay a bit wet throughout the year, so dress accordingly. Watch for snakes and other rodents as well as poison plants. This is the perfect habitat for things that crawl. Please try to camouflage the container to original or better standards. There is no parking for this area, so use caution as you park beside the road. Muggles tend to walk their Puggles along this area. Take time to enjoy looking at the beautiful houses along the river here. Congratulations to dwolfeman for FTF.
