Geocache Description:

This is a series of caches along the beautiful Langstrath Valley in Borrowdale

LV 7 - 'Cache Flow' has now been 'Archived' therefore your next cache is LV 8 - 'Cam Crag.'

On route to LV 8, as you pass through the gate, to your left is Blackmoss Pot, a popular swimming spot when the weather allows.
