You are looking for a plastic tube in this forgotten location.
We were out looking for places to hide caches and drove by here. While passing by Donna noticed a blue historical sign. So we stopped and backed up to the site and found a forgotten place with forgotten souls. The County Poor Farm Pioneer Cemetery is located here. This is the home of 20 unmarked graves with no records established in 1872. We thought this was a perfect place to hide a cache so that people can come and this spot isn't completely forgotten. Because that is what geocachers do. We go to places the rest of society forgets about. We looked for more information in the Internet but found very little.
The 2 terrain is because we assume in the summer it can get pretty overgrown here. Bugs and critters are a definite possibility so keep this in mind as you hunt.
Congrats to 8601 delphinium, teaddybearapf, and tc3633 for FTF. I did forget to mention this is a cemetery so please refrain from night caching.
