Geocache Description:

This cache is located in Westmoreland State Park and is part of an effort to show people different parts of the park and overall put more caches in the park. The park has a standard parking fee to go inside the park. It is three dollars on weekdays and four dollars on weekends a car. No night caching.

For a map of the park please follow the related web page link and the top of this page. To get to the cache you need to either climb the steps up the cliff by the pool or climb down the steps from the top just west of Murphy Hall. Climbing down from the top is probably the easiest way. I have waypoints for attempting this cache from the top. They is a great view on the way to the cache so bring your camera. This cache is an camo regular Lock and Lock container filled with swag. Please use the map to find the trail heads and parking if you are going to attemp from the bottom. It was very cloudy when I put the cache out and I hope the coordinates are good. It is not far off the trail and is on level ground. There is no need to go on the cliffs. Hope you enjoy and happy caching. Congrads to Unusual suspect for the FTF!
