Sometimes life hands you a curve ball and you gotta make some hard decisions, like giving up your car. Luckily, Portland is a town that has a lot to offer a walker.
This is a series of caches I placed when I gave up my car. I realized that I could get to all my favorite spots and neighborhood hangouts but there weren’t enough geocaches. Well, that my friends, had to change.
It’s been a long time since I did this much walking, and it’s making me kinda cranky. I’m hot and sweaty and down right tired. Oh, but look where I am, maybe I’ll stop for a beverage
Cache will bring you to a local West End watering hole. Can be busy at times and is not the prettiest part of town. But it’s where everyone knows my name. Kid’s will need to pick up there beverages across the street. Be stealthy, use hint if you find yourself wandering around.
