Second in my series of Grand Army of the Republic Highway caches. Plenty of parking. Easy C&D. You will be watched by curious onlookers. I called them PITA & PA All kid on the side, I don't know their given name. But they were fun to watch. Don't invade their territory. Cache is small, only holds a log. BYOP
