A 3 stage mini adventure taking you across land, and water in the darkness of night ending with an ammo can. This cache is a redo of its original, I had to move the starting point a great distance as in the original the first two stages kept getting stolen by what I believe to be a nearby vagrant. The rest of the cache is the same ... its just the starting point that has changed. Those who have visited already can just log it again.
Sitting on a rock overlooking the water while flipping a twig in his hand Jake ponders how he is going to locate and infiltrate "The Vault".
He starts to wonder if this is a task that he should be taking on. In another thought; it was said that this secret location of the vault is where all the vast fortunes of the Silver Circle Hotel are kept. As legend has it the Silver Circle Hotel was just a simple meeting place for many of the area's largest crime bosses. They have been meeting for some time and have been in talks of merging forces in order to completely control the underground market. It was the perfect plan they thought, being on a border town, they could control all the major trafficking coming and going in and out of the country as it made it way to the metropolitan center.
Jake ponders some more on who he will ask to join him on such a task to find the vault and breach its security in order to relieve it of the burden of carrying such a load of wealth. A few good freelance thugs came to mind as well as a few special ops men that have gone rogue. Jake thinks that he should "rig" up a small challenge to run the men through to see who he can trust and has a Quick Response needed to get the job done.
Contact is made with all the people in mind for the job and they all agree to meet at a simple location in town to start the preparations needed for the upcoming task.
First off Jake has prepared a very basic visual test that might require a special tool to solve, followed by some fairly straight forward direction in orienteering.
Following that the men are asked to reconverge a secret location to try their hands at some mantracker skills, and this was going to take a while, probably long into the night. If the men are fortunate enough to follow all of the clues set out by Jake they will find one last clue that will lead them end of the challenge at which everyone will be tested to see who will be chosen to partake in the mission to breach the vault and take a fair sized cut of the bounty as a payment for their skill and effort.
The one person that shows enough insight and skill to make it through Jake's simple test; will come out First To Find that Jake has provided them with as small gift and the leadership role for the mission to the vault.
