The old one was clever, but repelled water like a black lab at the beach! So, new container, and mere inches from the old container, which has been removed.

We thought it necessary to encourage those who haven't been to Tysons lately to come see all the construction, and for those who have to take a side trip to relax from the insane rerouting. Big smile when you find it ... we may be watching!
