The Old Gun Site Multi-Cache
Greenstick Day: Archiving as site keeps filling up with rubbish and brambles. Such a shame people think it's ok to litter and spoil things for others.

This is a quick multi, takes about 10 minutes. The co-ordinates given are the starting point where you will find answers to clues to lead you to the cache at the Old Gun Site. Parking is tricky around here and I suggest that you park somewhere along the terraces behind the given co-ordinates.
There is plenty of room for trackables and swaps :)
I used to play at the Old Gun Site as a child. The gun has long gone even before I played there and I often wondered why it was called the Gun Site. The gun was placed there during WW2, and was put on top of a platform made up as a mock house which has since collapsed and been removed. The level where it stood is level with the benches at the top of the Old Gun Site, i.e. level with the top road. My relatives remember that two of the operators sat on either side, each having a cranked handle in front of them. One worked the elevation and the other turned the gun horizontally. I believe that it may have been a Bofors gun.
The site is actually an old graveyard, and the house at the bottom an old mortuary, with a burial chamber opposite.
You will need to find the answers to the following when sitting/standing near one of the middle benches at the start co-ordinates:
How many walkthrough arches are nearby (go into the road and look)? = A
How many castles can you see? (Don’t let palms or cranes block your view)= B
How many benches are there? =C
What is the number on the lamp post following the letter C? = DEF
The final co-ordinates are at: N50 09.DE(F+A) W005 04.(F+B)(C-E-B)
