YES THEY CAN, FOOL.
I was out and about looking for good cache locations, and happened upon this cranny of public property. I'd recommend looking at a map to find an appropriate way to approach GZ. This cache is obviously very near private property(s), so if you attack it at night, please be respectful of the neighbors and leave the bright maglite LED at home. Something a bit more tactful might be preferable. If you approach it during the day, just act like you're walking somewhere you belong. You're looking for a small camo'ed plastic tube.
