Geocache Description:

No particular history here, more of an interesting stop. The spring at this site was the type of oasis that served as a life-blood for the settling Arizonan's in the early 1900's. This is Arizona back-country - watch for snakes April-October.
This geocache is part of the Historic Arizona Route 66 Centennial Geocaching Series, an Arizona Centennial Legacy Project (www.az66geocaching.com).
