This is a mult-stage cache. THE CACHE IS NOT AT THE POSTED COORDINATES.

The posted coordinates will take you to a location where you can collect the coordinates for the final location.

As this is an industrial area, it is relatively muggle free, esp. on evenings and weekends.

The final location is within a few hundred metres. Be alert to transport trucks and miscellanea of industry.
