Geocache Description:

Replacing a retired NW cache (TY HAP!) with a "BYOP" cache. ;o) As always, keeping all of your TOTTs in the vehicle at all times during the Ride is essential to any successful Find.

Some people name their dogs funny names. This cache was disabled for two years while the hide location was within the perimeter fencing of the construction project to build the Lynnwood Justice Center. The hide method had to be changed a bit.
