I've had my eye on this location for over a year now. The 'construction zone' signs have finally been removed, so I prepared a container and made my move!
Although some folks may think that the published coordinate would be a cool place to hide a cache this is a simple offset, it's just 20 ft South of the published coordinates.
So why didn't I simply list the coordinates 20 ft South and make this a Traditional cache? Because Volusia county needs more Multi-caches...that's why! 
Blends in well...may take a few minutes to spot this sneaky cache! 
First time I've placed a cache using the GPS on my iPhone...let's see how it goes and I'll get some new coordinates with my Garmin Colorado next time I'm passing by.
